Service Provision and Cancellation Policy
Reservations made online are a binding civil contract between the Buyer and Î.I. Ludmila Buzilă cannot provide the service/product, then the Buyer will be offered an alternative option or a full refund of the amount on their card.
Cancellation Policy
After the Buyer has entered the payment details, confirmed and authorized the payment, it will not be possible to make the changes, revoke the payment and return the financial means related to this payment.
If the Buyer cancels the reservation 7 or more days before the date of provision of the service/product, the full amount will be refunded on the customer’s card.

Final and judicial provisions
